Exigence

The last time I responded to a exigence was about puppy mills. My mom was watching Oprah and I happened to walk in and catch that they were talking about puppy mills. During the show they showed what happens at puppy mills, of how they put so many puppy in one cage and don't feed the dogs enough food. Then after the mother has so many puppys they just shoot the her in the field because she is not needed anymore. At the end of the show there was a place to write and send money to stop puppy mills, so my mom and I wrote a letter and sent some money because puppy mills are wrong and they need to be stopped.

My First Day

My first day of college has been pretty good. My first class is not until 9 but on our floor the bathroom gets cleaned at 8:15 so I had to get up earlier then I had wanted to. Math is my first class and it was really easy it was just a review of stuff I learned in 9th grade. Then my math class gets over at 10 and I have a break until this class at 2. During that time I went back to my room and looked over my books for my night class, talked with some people on my floor about there first classes, and went to lunch with my room mate. So today has been a pretty easy day so far but I have another class after this one so I guess I will see how that goes.
